My experience working with Sarah was overall very positive and helpful. I liked that I was able to come into the session with an open and honest mindset. The space she created was comfortable and inviting with a focus on positive changes rather than negative issues.
The most significant achievement I can recognize after our sessions was an improvement in my sleep schedule. Sarah gave me the tools I never knew I needed in this situation in order to help myself and accomplish small milestones that led to a bigger change. Now I can recognize common obstacles in the future and have the confidence to tackle them using those tools.
I have discovered throughout this process that change does not have to be big, nor does it have to be tangible. I can see significant impact simply from reframing my thinking around an issue or changing my attitude towards a problem. Little changes add up.

Through our coaching sessions, we were able to explore my sleep habits, mindful eating, and consistency (or lack thereof) of movement activities. What I enjoyed the most were the open-ended questions that got me thinking about things I hadn’t considered before. It was also refreshing to be able to commit the time to truly talking through and reflecting on my overall wellbeing as that is not something we, as human beings, generally give ourselves the time to do with busy work and life schedules.
I appreciated the suggestions Sarah provided to help me set goals for behavior change to improve my overall health. It felt good to end each session with some kind of action-oriented plan for what I was going to try to do before the next session. Personally, I need that kind of accountability to keep myself on track!
This coaching process has benefitted me by identifying challenges, goals and opportunities that will lead to a greater state of wellbeing. I’m grateful to have been part of this experience!

Sarah was very transparent and gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable in the session. She was supportive, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable in nursing!
When I started coaching sessions with Sarah, my main goal was to focus on weight loss and my overall general health. We began by talking about some food and general health habits that I had at the time. We talked about daily physical activity and nutrition. We also brainstormed together and ultimately came up with some great ideas to help me start moving down the right track!
Sarah created a welcoming space that made me feel comfortable opening up with some of my deeper-rooted concerns around food. We ultimately discovered that a lot of my weight concerns directly correlated with the stress in my daily life. From there, she helped me come up with some useful coping mechanisms on what to do when I get into 'stress-eating' mode, and I continue to use those skills today!
Throughout this process with Sarah, we discovered the 'root cause' of some of my health habits and came up with some things I can do to redirect myself into a healthier lifestyle. For anyone who's like me, a young adult with minimal health knowledge but looking to make some changes to your daily routine or health in general, I strongly recommend Sarah as your coach!

The largest benefit for me has been learning more about how the anger I carry around has touched parts of my life that I was not even aware of. I believed that it only appeared or affected a limited portion of my life when in fact it has been present way more than I imagined.
After our sessions I am interested in learning more regarding my thoughts, attitude etc. I am looking to spend time reading about some methods to improve my outlook and better handle issues from my past.
This coaching would be beneficial to anyone who has the desire to improve their outlook on life; career; relationships and wants to learn more about other methods to achieve these goals besides medication and self-help books.
